A space of your own

Savoir was written for boards answering the same questions every month out of a pile of documents. One person on their own has the same pile and no committee. It is the same product without the community: your documents, your assistant, nobody else.

What a personal space is

One space, one person. What is in it is what you put there, and there is nobody to share it with.

  • Your own documents
    The lease, the insurance policy, the warranty, the manual filed away years ago. Drop them in as PDFs or scans. They are read once, and then you ask about them.
  • Your own assistant
    Ask in plain words. The answer names the document and the section it came from. When your documents do not cover the question, the assistant says so.
  • Nobody else in it
    A personal space holds one person. You are its only member and its only administrator. No board reads it, no other space can see it.

What the plan gives you

The tier a space of your own is on, and what it admits.

  • Several spaces
    The apartment, the boat, the parents’ house. Up to 5 spaces of your own, each with a library of its own. Closing one frees its place again.
  • A trial, with no card
    Your first 14 days cost nothing and ask for no card. The clock starts with your first space, and the ones you open afterwards share it.
  • French and English
    Every screen in the language you chose, and an answer written in the language the question was asked in.

What it is not

A space of your own is not a small community. If you are answering for a building or an association, found a community. That is where the members, the rights and the review queue live.

  • There is nobody to invite
    No members screen. No invitations. No rights to grant. People belong to a community, and a space of your own holds one.
  • No board behind the answer
    In a community, a question the documents do not cover goes to the board. In your own space it comes back to you, with an offer to add a document that covers it.
  • You can have both
    One account can hold a space of its own and a community at the same time, and the switcher moves between them.
